Blood Moon Snowshoe and Bonfire
The Deerfield Parks Committee invites you to a small-town celebration of winter fun and timeless Americana!
When : Friday, March 14th at 7pm (right when the moon rises)
Where : Deerfield Wilderness Park. Enjoy 4-5 miles of gently groomed trails with marked loops.
What to Expect :
- Snowshoe Hike - if you don't have snowshoes, we have complimentary snowshoes available (limited supply - please reserve in advance). Just wear your regular boots and bring a headlamp. Dress appropriately for the weather.
- Bonfire Gathering - Gather around a crackling bonfire (thanks to volunteers from the Deerfield Fire Department) for warmth and conversation.
- Refreshments - Sip on hot drinks and nibble on light appetizers to keep the chill at bay.
